I started repairing cues in 1998 i then learned the basics of cue repair and I was able to take a few apart and see what makes them tick. :) My sister is a radiology technician and I had her X-ray a few for me. I then went and worked with Mike Gatzke at his shop and he suggested that I take up building cues and he would help me out. I also received help from Bob Smith of Shaman Cues and help from Mike Pancerny of Pancerny Custom Cues and last but not least the forums on AZ Billiards. I then made the move to building cues in 2004 and was building steady till I cut the tip off my left hand middle finger. I am now back and ready to make your custom cue dreams come true. I am based out of based in Las Cruces NM and ready to serve you.

Once you have decided you want to own a custom Black Mesa Cue call or e-mail me.
I work with each person individually throughout the building process to ensure that your cue meets or exceeds your expectations. Normally, custom cues take about 6-12 months to build.
My cues start at $350. The finished price depends on the number of points, inlays, type of materials, etc for your design.
